red lobster does have a good set up to look up meals. I like the salmon new orleans. but I can't eat the shrimp. I think it is within your calories. You can look up the data on the web. most places do have this. arby's you can also build a meal so you can take the bread off and get the correct data. that one takes a little looking I think you have to do build a meal search
