Staying away from sugar isn't easy, but when I do stay away from it I don't have the physical craving that I can't control. I'm also finding that foods that I didn't like before taste better now. Strange, isn't it? I'm tired of having pain in my back, but I guess once I lose more weight that will eventually go away or at least get better.

Sugar addiction is hard to break. I found it took me a few months but now one of my favorite meals is a salad with some protien.
