Was very plain, but getting up at 03.30 and getting in at 18.10 made it a long day and I had no brain power to think of what to do 😂....was going to do poached eggs, but no patience for that at the time!!!

Only just seen that the two haddock loins pack 73g of protein with only 3g of fat....winner!

Nothing wrong with eggs and fish, but my palate would prefer a smoked fish such as haddock or kippers, still it's quite a healthy meal.
