end of my third week on hard diet, good eating and 1.5hr gym session 3times a week.
although put on a 1kg (somehow) with 23% body fat people are saying how much slimmer and fitter I look, so all in all still happy. feeling good even on a Sunday! BBQ yesterday, few beers aswell but all work no play makes it very boring so all good!
