I went shopping today and found some items that seemed interesting at Trader Joes. I found myself scanning things and my eyes setting on some items that have sugar in them and thinking "Boy, that looks good. Maybe I'll treat myself to that." I quickly caught myself and restrained myself from purchasing these things. Just goes to show you that old habits die hard. I hope there is one day where I will no longer think that a sweet treat is desirable since sweets tend to be an enemy of mine and I can not control myself once I start eating them. It's better for me to avoid them altogether instead of trying to eat them in moderation. I don't seem to know what moderation is when it comes to sugar. Julie
