I'm feeling much better today. I had a headache yesterday toward the end of the day and it's decided to reappear, but I can deal. It seems like when I workout the headache isn't so bad, I think the blood pumping helps for a while. I'm just happy that my stomach and cold are better.
I'm taking my measurements Sunday since I'm done with one month of my new plan. I'm ready to see if I've lost anything there. I feel good, stronger than I was. I think I can scare myself into not pushing harder in my workouts, but I have been trying to ignore that voice and it's made me feel more confident. I never thought I'd be using 15 lb dumbbells. That's not a lot to some, but for me it is. I'm going to buy some 20 lb ones this weekend too so I can try some workouts with those. I'm excited to start the next phase of this program and see how much stronger I feel at the end of that.
