I'm 48 now, but I did this diet when I was 15 not knowing it was the adkins, I just ate meat and veggies and didn't cheat any till 7 months later when I came off the diet. I went from 185 to 105. I'm now starting over, I'm at 200 but it's taken me 30+ years to put it back on, so I know it's possible, I think for me the key is to not cheat....The longer I can go without cheating the easier it is to stay on the diet, I look forward to this site it gives encouagement and it's nice to read how others are going through the same thing together.
