good idea, if you think you have not been eating very much it is probably so. get a nice snack or meal into you and see how you feel.

I hope you feel better soon! I have been feeling similar. Yesterday was the start but today its full force. A friend suggested I have not been eating ENOUGH carbs. I'm going to give it another day or two and if I do not improve, then I will try upping my carbs to see if that helps.

Drink a lot more water - migraine is from dehydration for sure and maybe other things too like lack of important nutrients.

Drink plenty of liquids... You just may be feeling under the weather. Don't know where you live but thunderboomers, etc can really bring on headaches...

I get migraines too, and I drink a lot of water. Sometimes they just happen. If you aren't eating much and that's triggering them, try upping your intake a bit and see if that helps. I know some people are triggered by certain foods or drinks too, so that's something to think about too. Get some rest, take care of yourself, and hopefully it goes away soon.

I had an awful migraine on Monday. Afterward, I felt so out of it :(
