Ran my 4th half marathon this past weekend, May 2nd. Took 9 minutes and 15 seconds off my time from last year. Was hoping to drop 20 minutes, but a PR is a PR. On top of either running at the gym or using the eliptical, I am also using the EA Active on Wii for a little fun to liven up some working out. I am limited on lifting right now, as I am in PT for a partially torn rotator cuff. (blah!!)
