Monday morning tell the truth time. Good workout in this morning. Well, I didn't get what I wanted. I wanted all three: lose fat, gain muscle and lose weight. I got two of three, plus one I didn't want. I lost fat,and gained muscle, but also gained 2 oz. I had a meeting last night and couldn't keep my mouth shut, and ate salty snacks. Shot myself in the foot, when it should have been my mouth. Overall, barely dissatisfied. Cheers all. BTW up to 65% of my max wo routine.
