megga gym sesh followed by half hour swim, home to scrambled egg and grenade protein bar. weighing tomorrow expecting to seee big results after 14 days of very low carbs, high protein and hit training and running..
will probably cry if i see minimum change

Great! 94kg down to 91.8kg so very happy. Thanks for asking! Hopefully another big weight shift this week, be good to see the 80s before the end of month
