I'm feeling crumby today. I feel like I'm getting my hubby's chest cold, and I'm not very happy about it. I'm still going to eat my healthy foods and exercise and hope that cold meds will keep it from getting worse. I haven't had a good appetite the past couple of days, so my timed eating hasn't worked out well, but I'm just going to do what I can. If I can't stick to the schedule I'll be happy if I stick to my healthy options.

I feel like I've been doing well with my exercises this week. I was able to go up a little in the weights I'm using this week and maybe next week I'll go up a bit more. I love seeing those progressions of hardly being able to use an 8 lb weight to going up to 10 and 15. I also have been able to do all of the push-ups this week on my toes, which is a great accomplishment for me, even if it's only 10 at a time, I was doing at least part of the last set on my knees last week. I love feeling stronger!
