Totally stressed out the past few days, and it shows in my eating habits..... why can't i be one of those people that stops eating when they are stressed instead of reaching for the greasiest, worst thing for me food? ARRGGHH! So frustrating.... :( But I am working very hard today to get it under control and be conscious of what I am doing so I can do something else besides stuff my face.... wish me luck! Plan for the day: Less carbs No soda Relax..... Trainer appt I can do this...........
