On the way to normal's Journal, 08 Aug 12

This is the second week of the challenge to lose 10lbs in 6 weeks. I am making steady progress keeping up with daily cardio workouts. My target weight loss per week is 1.5lbs, I'll weight in on Friday.

Like this website and the challenges. I need to start looking for the next!
