最近ㄧ直想吃很多肉,可能之前都只有晚上吃,而且ㄧ星期只有到2-3天量都不多⋯⋯,所以最近很想肉哈哈😄,中午吃35克雞胸肉跟30克牛油果,107克雞蛋,15克福源花生醬5克黑芝麻粉
