Got my workout in tonight!! Did an hour on the gazelle...babystepping up to something with more strength training. Heading on a better path into "Induction Eating"...babystepping my way into that to. I am a busy gal so I'm not going to burn myself out. It will work itself out if I stick ona forward path. Tonight as I was logging my food I actually had to go back and eat more because my calories were so low. I wasn't hungry though!! I'm easing into all of this and feel like I am getting there considering I don't have much time for prepping lately. I'm doin alright ;o)

Yes you are doing alright. Its always better to take your time with anything new. Not being hungry is one of the many benifits of Atkins and no cravings. Keep doing what your doing..thats great :)
