I finally decided to try kefir. I started with Liberté plain 2% organic and then tried PC plain 1%. If you're used to plain Greek yogurt then you might enjoy the refreshing tang of these two brands. You could add a touch of honey or fruit or thin it out using milk or juice. Does anyone else drink kefir? What health benefits have you noted? Any problems? Has anyone tried to make their own kefir?
