mba coba minum air putih minimal sehari 3-4 ltr an mba. soalnya aku juga susah turun awalnya sebulan ga turun2 trus aku terapin minum air banyak. lama2 turun kok.

Aku ga pernah ngukur kalo di gelasin sih mba. Coba mba beli botol minum yg da ukurannya. Kalo gamau ribet beli aja botol aqua yg paling besar. Itu ukuran 1.5 ltr . Mba minum aja 2 botol itu udh 3 litr kan jadiny. Simple kan hehe.
