My fitness approach has always been totally different from that of others.
.
My main goal was to become healthy and build some muscle. Unlike a body builder,
I just want to feel good when I wear my T-shirt and when I ride my Royal Enfield Bullet. .
I knew that even if I workout 7 days in a week or eat a lot of food, I’ll never become like a body builder, huge,
.
When your Primary goal is not bodybuilding, why waste time doing a lot of unnecessary exercise instead of some great workout which would give you great result.
.
✅It’s very important to have very realistic goals that can be achievable and maintainable.
.
You will see a lot of people around you with a huge body and big muscles but that is not what you want, it’s not your goal at all.
.
💸Normally people spend a lot of money on supplements but in my case it was a supplement free transformation.
Though I too invested some amount of money just like everyone, I fell pray to the fitness hype thinking that if you take a protein powder you are going to become muscular and big quickly but it was absolutely not true,
.
.
eat proper food and exercise ....besides that you need to rest , recovery , proper sleep. Yes, it has taken time but it’s a long term process to see the result.

@Shobha2015 Thank you Shobha. Yes most people fail to understand that we don't need any kind of supplements or protein powders. being fit is a lifestyle and it takes time.. ya most gym trainers recommended all these unnecessarily

@divangle if you are consistent for 1 year you can achieve this by doing less exercise, good food and recovery but you wont look like a bodybuilder, you will look really good .
