ikan tuna cincang 50gr
bawang merah 2 siung
bawang putih 2 siung .
daun bawang 2sdm
bawang bombay 1 slice
cabe
merica bubuk secukupnya
ketumbar bubuk secukupnya
saus tiram 1sdt
panaskan 1sdt mnyak zaitun / minyak goreng
tumis ikan tuna terlebih dahulu
tumis bawang merah putih yg sudah di iris smpe harum .
masukan ikan .saus tiram. lada. ketumbar secukupnya,tambah air bila lengket aduk smpe matang angkat lalu sissihkan .
