@尼歐,美乃茲和芥末醬油是秋葵沾醬沒錯,秋葵水煮沒味道😁

@ayumi是牛豬各半的絞肉,調味後鑲在香菇上烤熟,這樣能多吃蔬菜,平常壓扁煎熟就是漢堡排😄
