Hmmm...I am going to attribute the 1" increase in my waist to inaccurate measuring last week. Maybe I was sucking it in and didn't realize it. Oh well. The good news is I am still losing inches elsewhere. I am going to miss my breasts! Slowly but surely they are decreasing in size. I guess that's what the VS push-up bras will be for. I am going to start some strength training this week. I was supposed to start it last week as part of the Newbies challenge but forgot all about it. Hopefully that will help me lose some inches in my arms.
