Still motivated, but did not do well yesterday - did not record the potato chips that I ate after feeling tired and frustrated with some studying I was doing - those chips were left behind from my Friday night party. I have another bag too, and I am going to toss it in the can right now - WILL NOT EAT ANY! Lots of vegs are on my menu today - along with some protein too. Have to run to the store to buy lettuce and pepper rings for my salad. I CAN do this - stay with it --- lose the weight - get healthier!!!
