I am dreaming about jellybeans, m&m’s, bounty, snickers and other delicious sweets. Double burger with chips, steaks,, pizza. But this is restricted area for 8 weeks, until my body fat won’t drop at 5%. It should be 67 kg. Less then 6 kg to go.

For me works:
Breakfast: porridge, eggs & bread
Lunch: sushi, chicken
Dinner: protein shake.
Around 1800 kcal

Cycling & gym 120 minutes

Total -600 kcal everyday
Hungry just and only for few hours at evening.

Sounds like a good plan you have 👍 I know lots easier said but eventually you lose interest in the food it's only because it's the forbidden item you want it that more... Just try remember every disappointing take away you've ever had (they'll always be at least one! 😅) hang in there though you've obviously found your rhythm
