As for the 3 pizzas they sent you home with, did you know that you can freeze them whole and then warm them up in the oven at a later date? I've done it before when we got a deal on pizza and they turned out lovely! My daughter and I love your sweet potato and chili soup, too! I still have some in the freezer. It's great to have on hand, especially when you are looking for something to keep your points low! I love chicken veggie soup, too. I just make it using instant broth and a bag of the smaller cut mixed veggies (I think the one I used had carrots, peas, green beans, corn, and lima beans). Then I figure out how many servings I am making (a big bowl takes about 2 cups I figure) and I add one ounce of chopped up, cooked chicken breast for each serving. That way, each serving is only 1 point! And it is so yummy. I even froze some cooked macaroni in a freezer bag to add if I wanted to use an extra point (1/4 cup) and make it chicken noodle soup!
