average calorie count for the week is 1402! not bad considering it was a stressful week with lots of temptations. I had a brownie sundae today (which I ate at home so I could control the calories) for my birthday. I wrote down the full amount, but in reality I did not eat all of it, it was really rich. but it is too hard to figure it exactly so I just overestimated. So am I Slim B 4 30? well not all the way to my goal, but I feel good! :)
