Up all night finishing a project before Monday's deadline. I wonder if this will have an effect on my weight or my hunger over the next day or two? I will say that at about 6 this morning I made myself an "Egg McMuffin" style sandwich, and it was the best-tasting thing I've eaten all week. So clearly something's off!

I have a deadline for the weekend that I have been up working on. My eating went to hell. Just started a fast so let's see how those two things work out...

Thanks! My eating and sleeping have both gone to hell since the "all-nighter". Today I just logged what I ate today (I usually log as I go, or even plan it out in the morning). I ate 1000 extra calories, and almost none of it was real food. My body feels lousy. So, tomorrow, it's back on the horse!
