So upset with myself for last night - had a get-together at my house, and ended up snacking on the stuff that was here, and then when everybody left I ate two bowls of cereal - with that "well, I already ruined it" attitude that just gives you your excuse to do more damage! Ok... shaking it off - and back on again, but even more committed now. Have another get-together to attend tonight, and will not have a single thing off my eating plan - because all that is, is a trigger for me. Remember when I quit smoking, I could not even have one drag of a cigarette and I would be in trouble - this is the SAME THING! Good attitude today. I will be okay and will succeed!
