早餐~150g的全脂鮮乳加入綜合穀物麥片40g+香蕉一根109g總計熱量是352kcal ,竟出乎我意料好吃,又有飽足感,每次早餐吃饅頭,吐司,➕咖啡,打球到9:30左右肚子就開始咕嚕咕嚕叫,今天打到10:30還沒有餓的感覺⋯⋯👍
