Fries? They allow fries? Funeral's are no fun, even when you know where your loved one is....hopefully one knows. I have been to two this year already. It really puts things in perspective. Another reason why I want to lead a healthy life style. Keep on plugging. Your chart looks awesome!!! 

You can have about 10 fries but I counted them as a fat and potato (you can have 3oz potato) since this place doesn't use any salt on them. 

Sorry to hear about the funeral. There never pleasent. Hope your feeling better.  

Yeah it's a slow process of healing but will eventually get better, as long as there aren't any more for a while.
