7/4晚上運動前簡單吃,墊個肚子:
外出經過永和豆漿,簡單買個(燒餅+蔥蛋+油條)配無糖溫豆漿1杯,晚上運動前先墊個肚子,才不會運動後太餓回家失控亂吃😄
PS:燒餅油條剩1半,太大了🤣
