So yesterday was a rough day, not sure why, I didn't get my normal water intake in, after work, I did nothing but sit in my recliner covered up. Had a sensible dinner.....then decided to keep eating. Today the scale showed what my binge eating did, I am determined to get back on track, I am getting my water intake and plan on doing my normal walk to stay focused. Nobody is perfect and it is ok to slip once in awhile, just have to get back on track. Have a safe and Happy 4th everyone!!
