When my inner piglet starts squealing like that I peel a pile of carrots and chomp on those until he goes away. You still pig-out but don't overload on the calories. You have to like carrots of course . . .

I like that... I'll definitely give that a go! The perfect analogy love it 'inner piglet squealing' 😂 This weak I've felt so weak, and drained and moody it's taken everything not to binge which has really made me miserable ... maybe it's the weather maybe im not having enough calories I'm not sure. Very naughtily ordered myself a fitbit hopefully this will help guide me a bit better.

I think it goes in waves - I have the most terrible teenager moments when I rail against my diet and get very cross that I'm even thinking of coconut and dark chocolate ice cream and other times I can go without thinking about being on a diet at all for days and days and get thoroughly over-excited by the thought of a plate of lettuce. Just accept that you'll have days like these and have a displacement activity ready - scrubbing the loo or cleaning behind the fridge usually puts me off thinking of food :D

Hahaha yeah that'll do it... already feel less hungry from just the mention! Hopefully I can get my thinking back on track this week... uuugh I can't even use the football as an excuse 🙈
