I gained a lot of weight this week so I'm a little discouraged but I'm hoping it's just muscle and not just fat.
I've been doing aerobics everyday for the past 2 weeks and I can tell that my body is more firm and slimmer.
I will not let this discourage me but still, I got teary eyed this morning.
Oh well, another dieting week is on its way and I'll handle it as well as I can.
Never give up and keep trying! I know working out will pay off in the long run! :)
