Help me Decide it’s my birthday tomorrow and my partner take me to the Odeon cinema and I really fancy nachos with cheese sauce but it be 707 cal what should I do xx

If you love them do it! If you want them only because they there dont as you will regret it and they probably are not that nice anyway lol treat yourself with what you like the most and miss the most! Its your birthday after all.. And happy birthday for tomorrow xx

Happy birthday! If you go for them, don’t eat them mindlessly - munching on them while you concentrate on a film isn’t the best way to eat anything as you’re not aware of what you’re eating and before you know it, they’re gone. If you’ve time why not make a healthier version of the same at home before you go? Loads of ideas online. Have fun!

Don't eat during the day so you can afford the calories? It's a treat, go for it!

Just plan your day around it you can work your calorie consumption around that meal depending on how much you allow yourself daily. xx

I would say plan it ahead, eat less on the start of the day and enjoy your nachos fitting it to your calorie window :) What's the point of being skinny but not enjoying your birthday???

YOLO just work your butt off afterwards! 😂 If your very worried and don't wanna ruin the diet be sly have a bit of them then pan them off to someone else... Not 700 odd then 😉 x

I say go for it! It’s your birthday and as long as you get back on track afterwards you’ll be fine, one portion of nachos on a one off is not going to change anything... eat them, enjoy them and move on! 👍😎
