I've been trying to reset my goal weight. I may push to go lower in the future, but health wise I need to be doing 24 - 48 hour fasts - which I know I'll not lose weight on - or not much - and consolidate for a while

It may not be what you really want but there’s no point setting unachievable goals. Maintaining and getting your head into the way of eating that suits you then trying again may be the best way for your motivation as well as your body. Take care, Mini 🤗

My experience lately has been cut the carbs. The fasting only helps me do that. So a short fast with low carb eating, I believe, will get you the exact same results as I get with my regular 5 days fasts.
