12 days of travel without my scales and not full kitchen for cooking my own meals, means meals had more fat and sodium than I am used to. Am already struggling to keep it off due to health issue that limits my mobility. But at least I will return to my homemade foods, which I much prefer anyway.
I wll look for an exercise class that is easy and short, as I only have energy for 1/2 hour.
