Well I am now out of the 200s! I am a little disappointed that it is only 199 but oh well. I have been sick and still sick. I am going to the dr tomorrow. But I am still working out and watching what I eat. Hopefully next weigh in I will lose more than just 2 pounds uggh. Hope all is well with all of you.
