Started my first fat fast on Wednesday, June 20th. starting weight was 213. on Saturday my weight was 209.8. This fat fast put me into LARGE ketosis by the 2nd day. On Sunday June 24th had a piece of wedding cake and when I came home did my urinalysis check and was STILL in ketosis. Today I started a beef n butter fat fast. I will go until Thursday.

breakfast bullet proof coffee
lunch 1 cup beef cooked in 3 tbsp butter
dinner 1 cup beef cooked in 3 tbsp butter
I also had 2 fat bombs around 10:30-11am.

If your doing keto you have to experiment because not everyone is the same. Google and do your research. I really don't ask others because what works for them didn't work for me. Some can eat more proteins or maybe even a few more carbs. I started keto on March 18th, 2018. I will say the fat fast is definitely working for me. I try not to go over 1300 calories, fat between 119g-131g per day, protein about 32g-40g per day and carbs between 4g-8g per day. This is working for me. Hope you all have a very blessed evening!

Miraculum a fat fast is 3-4 days where you only do 1000-1200 calories a day. I do about 1300 because I work and my job is active. Your fat intake is 80% of those calories. Carbs are low. Google fat fast keto and they will come up. I did research, watched videos from different people who got results. I decided to try the beef n butter one and started today. I'm doing it for 4 days. This time I'm not weighing myself until Friday morning to see my results. Hope this helps you.

i tried this. I got really bad back pains and struggled despirately to go to the bathroom. took a herbal probiotic and two days later finally went but felt like I had a baby. any advise

Try eating a lot more vegtables...drinks water...and I take No sugar Metamucil

Yep, lots of water, Metamucil & sometimes a stool softener... sometimes I don't eat enough veggies so not enough fiber.

All I can say is do your Macros, to ensure you’re getting enough Caks from fat and maintaining protein
