Holy Moly! I could hardly wait to write this down~ I need to keep record of the positive things..... went to my BF son's birthday party today~ I have to say for me I did exceptionally well. I ate 1 lean hamburger/1 bun/fruit salad (plain) and some veggies w/o dip. I did have an extra extra small piece of cake~ something I could not do in the past; once I started knoshing, it was on! I drank water instead of soda~ I am really proud of myself! No chips, no candy, nuthin extra! And I was full.... WOW. OH! And the pants I wore are practically falling off me! Hadn't worn them since last summer~ they've always been snug~ but I needed a belt to keep them up! WhooooHoooo!
