So I am on a vacation and it is going terrible when it comes to food. I keep telling myself I only come here once a year but I am killing my diet lol. I know when I get home on Monday I will get right back on track.

I am not to worried I am getting pants on that have not fitted me for a long time. That always feels really good.

Try to get in alot of walking if possible. We went to Disney one year and I actually lost weight because of all the walking we did. Good luck!

Also, water, water and more water... That's what I do when we go out to dinner or somewhere that is tempting.
