I think I may finally be making some progress in slowing down when I eat, and decreasing my portion size, so I am encouraged. We went to Pei Wei for dinner this evening, and I ate about 1/4 of an endamame order, and about 1/3 of the DanDan noodles (my fav!)~ and I was full. I chewed my food slowly (actually enjoying it) and took a drink between every bite~ I ate like a normal person instead of "inhaling" what was in front of me. Maybe I've turned the corner..... for today at least! LOL
