Scale went up a little today, but I think it is due to water weight. Not worried because the clothes are fitting great. I did over indulge last night on the eggplant lasagna - but it was soooo freaking good I didn't want it to go to waste (BTW I only have 1.5 servings, but also ate a small salad and tomatoes and goat cheese so I was still below my daily caloric goal).
