I have NOT been keeping up with my calorie counting while my aunt was here, however, I am fairly confident I burned at least as many calories as normal, probably way more, given how much we did in addition to my normal schedule. I ate more, and it wasn't all along the lines of what I try to stick to, however I was really proud of myself that I really did stop and think about each thing before I ate it and decided how much I would eat or if we were out what the healthier option would be and chose smartly. Also, on a related note, I don't tend to like iced mocha's but Starbucks makes a really good skinny iced mocha. It's better, IMO, than a normal iced mocha.
Time to get back on track today though. I have put on a few pounds but it's bloat and water retention from that annoying time of month, so I am pretty proud that until that happened a couple of days ago I held steady at my reduced weight, even though I didn't lose more, I didn't gain any in circumstances that I normally would have. YAY!
