My cat woke me up again this morning and again I had time to exercise. I was feeling real sluggish this morning but as I kept on running on my trampoline, I felt more and more energized. I didn't gain any weight from over eating last night. I wanted a snack really bad after dinner, but by the time we made it home it was already 7PM and no eating after 7 for me! It is difficult not to cheat! I know I will have a hard time on the weekends. Maybe I can make the time 8PM as long as I stay up later. I'm not happy that I ate a bunch of rice, but I am happy that I didn't snack!
