I woke up feeling bloated today and was up a tiny bit on the scale, but I'm not worried about it. I know I'm doing fine this week. I just hate the bloated feeling. I had a small root beer float last night (yes, it did fit in my calories) and I think that might have something to do with it. The one thing that the feeling does do for me is give me motivation to do my workout after work. :)

No big plans for the father's day weekend, just getting some things done before our trip. My hubby works on father's day and works late even, so the kids gave him his gift already and we're not doing much. We'll have to treat him while we're on vacation next weekend.
