Today is a hard day in several ways both personally and professionally.
I am having a hard time getting my water intake in and that makes me "feel" hungrier than I really am. Am having a hard time not reaching into the candy bowl on my desk for the customers. I have made a commitment to myself to eat healthier and not give into the sweets.
