I got my stitches out yesterday!! I finally had a good night's sleep last night too, so I'm glad they're gone. The doctor's office was about a half an hour or so behind, then you wait in the office forever for a 5 minute appointment. So, needless to say I didn't get my workout in because it was dinner time when I got home and I was starving. I've switched my week around and made yesterday my rest day and will do a workout on my normal rest day tomorrow. I didn't eat too many calories yesterday though either, so not much damage done.

T minus 9 days until vacation!! So close I can taste it. :)
