I have been struggling so much the last few days, however I still wrote in the food journal keeping myself accountable. Today has been a great day as I have been following plan better and excersing more. I am very full at the moment as I just finished my cereal which is high in fiber so very filling. God is so awesome and I thank HIM for all HIS love and Grace.
