did not lose weight today, so far 8 pounds total for the week. So, I measured myself like I did a week ago. I lost 2 inches from my waist, 1.5 from my hips, 1 from my bust, 1.25 from each thigh and .5 from each flabby arm. that is 6.25 inches of fat, gone forever. Got to love this diet, hopefully the loss will show tomorrow. :)
